These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 98vipph ("98vipph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 98vipph online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, games, betting services, promotions, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

To register and use the 98vipph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with the minimum age requirement for gambling activities in the Philippines as regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 98vipph or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 98vipph Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 98vipph or any recognized gambling regulatory authority.

By registering on 98vipph, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. Providing false information regarding your eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

To access the full range of 98vipph services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active 98vipph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, valid email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 98vipph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Compliance: 98vipph may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any time, including submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account Suspension: 98vipph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, Terms violations, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

All financial transactions on the 98vipph Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your 98vipph account balance upon confirmation of receipt. 98vipph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day during standard Philippine banking hours. 98vipph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Transaction Fees: 98vipph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, for which 98vipph bears no responsibility.

Currency: All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Philippine Peso. No currency conversion is applied on the 98vipph Platform.

98vipph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 98vipph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• 98vipph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

All games available on the 98vipph Platform — including slots, live casino games, bingo, sports betting, and other offerings — are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting market. By participating in any game or placing any wager, you agree to the applicable game rules.

Bets Once Placed: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 98vipph system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. 98vipph reserves the right to void bets in cases of technical error, manifest pricing error, or where a bet has been placed in violation of these Terms.

Sports Betting: Sports betting markets on 98vipph cover Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) games, NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, and other events. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market, including rules on event cancellation, postponement, and settlement.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, 98vipph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. 98vipph shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 98vipph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity in connection with any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, including through the use of VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 98vipph staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 98vipph.

All content on the 98vipph Platform — including but not limited to the 98vipph brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 98vipph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 98vipph.

Any unauthorized use of 98vipph intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

98vipph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

98vipph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and 98vipph cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

98vipph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the Platform services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 98vipph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

98vipph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 98vipph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

98vipph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 98vipph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.

98vipph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may apply for self-exclusion, which will prevent access to the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

98vipph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Your voluntary request to close your account.

Upon termination for cause, 98vipph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold any funds pending investigation. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required verification and investigation procedures.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 98vipph customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending transactions.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

98vipph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

98vipph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 98vipph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
