• Technical and Usage Data: Retained on a rolling thirteen (13) month basis, after which it is anonymized or deleted.
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your account plus three (3) years, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with 98vipph's data disposal procedures. If 98vipph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.
